Hello, I'm Gert — and I'm happy you're here.
Just like a tree needs a strong trunk to grow branches and bear fruit, we as people need strong foundations to thrive. My mission is to help you explore what supports you at your core — and from there, gently grow into the life you want to live.
I work by identifying the deeper patterns that may be holding you back and then supporting change at the subconscious level. In our work together, I combine hypnosis with evidence-based cognitive-behavioural techniques to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
